Refund Policy
Welcome to the website of Sepp World Foundation. Our refund and cancellation policy for the donations received for the social cause on our payment gateway are stated as below:-
- If an error has occurred while making a donation or in case, the donor wishes to withdraw the donation, we at SEPP will honor all such refund requests that are written to us within 10 (ten) days of the donation date.
- The written refund request should include the details of the initial transaction including date, donation amount, donor’s name, ID, and the nature of the error.

- SEPP World Foundation will fully assess all refund requests and endeavour to ensure that authentic errors are corrected. However, after 10 days, SEPP World Foundation is under no such obligations to give refunds and the decision on refunds will be at SEPP’s discretion.
- SEPP World Foundation will only process refunds on return of tax exemption certificate or a written declaration that the previous receipt will not be used by donor.
- Based on the written request from a donor, amount is adjusted by SEPP World Foundation, the original donor receipt issued for the incorrect amount will become invalid and a new receipt will be issued by SEPP World Foundation for the amount of the adjusted donation
- SEPP World Foundation reserves the right to pass any refund transaction charged onto the donor
- Refunds will be returned using the original method of payment – for example if a donation has been made by credit card, the refund will be credited by SEPP World Foundation to that same credit card
- Should an error be made by SEPP World Foundation or our financial institution(s), a refund of the full amount will be made once SEPP World Foundation is notified of the error in writing.
